Shipping

Because most of our gold items are crafted when they are ordered, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If you need your order by a specific date, we encourage you to email us for current production estimates.

At this time, orders are shipped to addresses in the United States and Canada ONLY.

Our primary shipping method is the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Every effort is made to ensure safe delivery of your order. If there is any problem with a shipment, such as damage or incorrect merchandise, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Logos Creations immediately within 7 days of the delivery date (according to USPS Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation). After that time, no returns will be accepted.

All orders are subject to manual verification and approval.

Returns

If you wish to return merchandise, you must contact us via email or phone within 7 days of your order's delivery date (according to USPS Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation). After 7 days, no returns will be accepted.

To initiate a return within the allowed time, you must 1) contact us via email or phone to arrange return and receive a Return Authorization Number [RA#] for the order, 2) securely package the item(s) in appropriate protective packaging for shipment to us via USPS, and 3) address the package with the following information:

All returns must be sent to us via USPS Priority Mail service. Costs for returning merchandise shall be paid by the customer. If the reason for the return is due to an error on the part of Logos Creations, then the cost of return postage will be credited/reimbursed to the customer.

Any package received without fulfilling any of the above conditions will not be accepted, will be returned to the sender, and will be considered a final sale.

A 15% restocking and repackaging fee shall be charged on all undamaged items that have been returned to us. There shall be no restocking and repackaging fee if customer is returning merchandise that was sent to him/her in error.
